I received my registration notice in the mail recently and mailed in items so they could mail me my updated registration. 3 weeks later, still haven't received my new regulation in mail. Called up there today to see what happened. It was mailed to wrong address, even though my check and notice that came in the mail had my correct address. I asked if I could get another copy, but was told I would have to $52.00 fee again, even though they cashed my previous check. I want a damn refund! Especially if I have to pay it again. I'm bringing proof of my cashed check. I don't recommend mailing anything into this place, the workers are incompetent and apparently those are the only kinds of people who work for the government. Nobody can do their damn job!
